WHAT IS KP POP-UP?
KP POP-UP is a 50-minute fitness class, created by Kelsey Park,
featuring a mix of barre, dance cardio, and static stretching.

If you are looking to focus on strengthening specific muscle groups, feel the
beloved barre burn, get your heart rate up, and vibe out in an upbeat and
encouraging environment, then these classes are perfect for you.
KP POP-UP has created a safe workout space for everybody.

Your time to wake up the mind and body.
This movement allows your muscles to slowly warm up and activate while preventing potential wear and tear from your workout.

Barre is a mixture of movements derived from ballet focusing on small, isometric exercises. By targeting and contracting individual muscle groups for extended periods of time, we fatigue the body and get those muscles shaking.
